Welcome to one of the most joyful and heart-touching festivals celebrated by devotees across the globe — Panihati Chida Dahi Utsav! This vibrant festival brings to life a sweet and powerful pastime between Lord Nityananda Prabhu and Srila Raghunath Dasa Goswami.
In a village called Panihati, Srila Raghunath Dasa Goswami humbly approached Lord Nityananda, yearning to serve. Pleased with his humility, the Lord lovingly instructed him to organize a grand festival and serve chipped rice mixed with yogurt and condensed milk to all His associates. That same transcendental mood is revived every year through this festival.
