This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all online donations and transactions made through the website nandgramdham.org, operated by Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota (brand name: Nandgram Dham), a registered religious trust at NH-27, Mukundra Vihar, Kota, Rajasthan – 324006, India.
Online donations are processed through CCAvenue, a payment gateway of Infibeam Avenues Ltd., which is a PCI-DSS compliant and RBI-approved payment aggregator.
1. Nature of Donations
All amounts received by Nandgram Dham / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota through this website are in the nature of voluntary charitable donations towards spiritual and religious activities, temple construction (Mandir Nirman Seva), annadana, Gita daan, cow protection, and other trust activities. These donations are not payments for commercial goods or services.
2. No Cancellation After Successful Donation
All confirmed and successfully processed donations are final and non-cancellable. Once a donation is confirmed by the payment gateway and a receipt or acknowledgement is issued by Nandgram Dham, cancellation of that donation is not permitted.
Tax Exemption Notice: Donors making donations to Nandgram Dham / Radha Krishna Mandir Foundation Kota are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. No 80G certificate will be issued.
In cases where a physical receipt has been issued and dispatched, the donor must return the original receipt to our registered address before any refund can be considered.
3. Refund Eligibility — Failed / Unconfirmed Transactions
A refund is eligible only in the following circumstances:
- The amount was successfully debited from your bank account / card but was not confirmed back to the Nandgram Dham system (i.e., the transaction shows "failed" or "pending" on our end while your bank shows a debit).
- A duplicate charge was made for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- An amount was erroneously debited in excess of the intended donation.
Such transactions are eligible for refund after reconciliation with our payment gateway records.
4. How to Raise a Refund Request
To raise a refund request, please email us at info@hkmkota.org within 48 hours of the transaction. Your email must include:
- Your full name and registered email address / mobile number used during donation
- Transaction ID or Order ID (available in the payment confirmation screen or SMS)
- Screenshot of the bank debit or a relevant bank statement
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Brief description of the issue
Requests received after 48 hours may not be entertained, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon verification and approval of a refund request, the refund will be credited to the original payment source (the same card, bank account, or wallet used for the transaction). Processing times are as follows:

We will respond to your refund request within 7 working days of receiving it. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or card issuer's processing time and is beyond our control.
6. Refunds — Reconciliation Process
For failed transactions, we reconcile our records with CCAvenue on a regular basis. Once reconciliation confirms that the amount was debited from the donor's account but not received by us, the refund is initiated automatically or upon request. Donors are encouraged to reach out proactively if they notice a debit without a corresponding confirmation email from us.
7. Disputes
In case of any dispute related to a refund or transaction, you may contact us at info@hkmkota.org. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India, and shall be governed by the laws of India.
