About Phala-srutiḥ
Phala-sruti, the fruit of hearing, is the traditional closing passage of a Sanskrit stotra, describing in its final verses the benefit said to come from reciting the work — a standard convention across Sanskrit devotional literature. Here it closes Sanatana Gosvami's Krsna-lila-stava, the 108-verse sequence of obeisances to Krishna's pastimes that makes up this book, in the same two-verse form the genre traditionally takes.
