He who in the past carried a milk-pail now wishes to carry a sannyāsī’s waterpot.
He has renounced His hair crowned with a peacock-feather. Now His head is shaved. He has renounced His yellow garments. Now He wears a sannyāsī’s kaupīna.
He has renounced his flute. Now He carries a sannyāsī’s daṇḍa. Yadu says: Lord Kṛṣṇa has beocme Lord Gaura-Hari.
