ei-bāra pāile dekhā caraṇa du’ khāni hiyāra mājhāre rākhi juḍāba parāṇī

Word for word

ei-bara--this time; paile--will attain; dekha-sight; carana--feet; du'khani--two; hiyara--of the heart; majhare--in the middle; rakhi'--placing; juda'ba--I will engage; parani--my life

Translation

I pray that I may now see the two lotus feet of Lord Krsna. I shall place these lotus feet in my heart. I will dedicate my entire life and soul to them.

tāṅre nā dekhiyā mora mane baḍa tāpa anale paśiba kiṁva jale diba jhāṁpa tan're--them; na--not; dekhiya--having seen; mora--my; mane--in the mind; bada--great tapa--distress; anale--in the fire; pasiba--I will enter; kimba--or; jale--in the water; diba--I will give; jhampa--leap.

Translation

If I am not able to see Lord Krsna's lotus feet, my heart will burn with suffering. I will end this life by entering a blazing fire, or jumping into the water.

mukhera muchaba ghāma khāoyāba pāna guyā ghāmete bātāsa diba candanādi cuyā

Word for word

mukhera--of the face; muchaba--I will wipe; ghama--perspiration; khaojaba--I will feed; pana--drink; guja--betel-nuts; ghamete--on the perspiration; batasa--breeze; diba--I will give; candana--sandalwood paste; adi--beginning with; cuja--aromatic substances

Translation

When I meet Lord Krsna I will serve Him in various ways. I will wipe the perspiration from His face. I will give Him nice food and drink. I will offer Him betel-nuts. I will fan Him. I will anoint His body with sandalwood paste and other aromatic substances.

vṛndāvanera phulera gāṅthiya diba hāra bināiyā bāndhiva cūḍā kuntalera bhāra brndabanera--of Vrndavana; phulera--of the flowers; ganthiya--stringing; diba--I will give; hara--a garland; binaiya--tying; bandhiba--I will bind; cuda--the topnot; kuntalera--of hair; bhara--the abundance.

Translation

I will string a garland of Vrndavana forest flowers, and then present that garland to Lord Krsna. I will carefully arrange His hair and tie His topknot.

kapāle tilaka diba candanera cāṅda narottama dāsa kahe pirītera phāṅda kalape--with a peacock feather; tilaka--tilaka markings; diba--i will place; candanera--of sandalwood paste; canda--a moon; narottama dasa--Narottama dasa; kahe--says; piritera--of love; phanda--begin.

Translation

I will decorate Lord Krsna with a peacock feather, tilaka markings, and a moon drawn in sandalwood paste. Narottamadasa says; In this way I will gradually attain love for Lord Krsna.
