How many terrible arrows fill the quivers of his eyes and move upon the bows of his brows! They strike deep into the hearts of the clever women, who can then regard no one else.
At the roots of his ears, restless jeweled earrings shaped like makaras swing to and fro. Thus Govinda dasa concludes with certainty: he is the very incarnation of Madana-mohana, the enchanter of Cupid himself.
