Nayanānanda dāsa

Seven songs signed by Nayanananda dasa, one of the fuller chapters in this collection, describing Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu as an ocean of good qualities and asking why the Lord of Goloka would leave that eternal abode to descend to earth — a question the gaura-candrika genre returns to often, framing Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's appearance as itself an act of causeless mercy.
