canda de ma bali sisu kande ubharaya
hata tuli saci dake aya canda aya
अर्थ
"Mother, give Me the moon!" He loudly demands. Lifting her arms, Mother Saci calls out, "Come here, O moon! Come here!"
na ase nithura canda nima-i byakula
kandiya dhulaya pade hate chinde cula
अर्थ
The cruel moon does not come. Nimai is very agitated. He weeps. He falls to the dust. With His own hands He tries to pull the hair from His head.
